Your responsibilities will be

You will be responsible for Servicing and promoting sales to, and development of, current and new customers in the UK.

  • Key Account Management of large Business-to-Business customers
  • Develop a thorough understanding of Key account environment, vision, challenges, and opportunities
  • Build trusted relationships with customer’s key stakeholders
  • Ensure high level of customer centricity
  • Drive and coordinate customer projects, to ensure customers are supported effectively and professionally
  • Organize and lead Key Account meetings
  • Negotiate commercial terms with new and existing customers
  • Build, develop and maintain Key Account plans for each customer
  • Deliver sales forecasts to ensure timely delivery cooperation with Supply Chain
  • Work closely with the responsible Regional Manager and Sales Director on market development
  • Expect travel days between Denmark and the UK including fair participations in various countries

Who are you?

We are an enthusiastic, driven and very successful team and are looking for someone who possesses the following minimum skills, to have success in the role:

  • A proven track history of being a self-starter and self-motivating in similar roles, working out of your home office multiple days per week
  • Experience working with a furniture company at B2B level is advantageous
  • Ability to travel approximately 80 days per year, both locally and internationally
  • A proven history of Sales and Account Management at an enterprise level
  • Having a holistic understanding of product market, supply chain and the value of working cross functionally within the company
  • Solid analytical skills, commercial acumen, planning capability and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to manage change, multi-task as well as work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in project management
  • Has experience with compliance and contracts will be an advantage
