About the job
As our new Finance Assistant, you will be focused on efficient execution of financial tasks and processes. A key task in the department is invoicing and you will be part of handling invoicing in our digital system both in relation to Warehouse sales and direct containers.
Your main responsibility is within accounts receivables, ensuring essential master data and follow up with customers. Precision and attention to detail are paramount to ensure the accuracy of our financial records.
Your role will also include the following responsibilities:
- Maintaining debtors and ensure credit insurance.
- Handling payments from customers.
- Financial registrations in ERP system (Business Central)
- Backup for some accounts payable tasks.
- Ad hoc financial tasks
Who are you?
You have a natural detail-oriented approach and thrive working with tasks where precision and meeting deadlines are key. You have previously worked in a similar position and are comfortable working with digital systems.
