Do you have a passion for IT, a drive to create high-impact solutions and want to be a part of a motivated and strong team? Then you could be our new EDI & Integrations Specialist.

The IT department in Actona Group provides solutions and development to systems throughout Actona Group and as our new IT Specialist, you will focus on digitalisation and integrations.

The position

As a part of our 2025 Strategy, Actona Group is focusing even more on digitalisation, especially on our sales platforms, which are being used by our customers in more than 90 countries around the world. As our new EDI Specialist, you will have many stakeholders both internally in the company and with our customers and you will be a key person in connecting the customers, our business, and the development of customised integration solutions.

One of your primary tasks will be to successfully integrate the solutions we develop through thorough and detailed communication with our customers and their IT departments. You will act as both a specialist who will advise on what is technically possible as well as reveal their wishes and needs at the same time as you assess and advise to help create the best possible solution.

Starting at the initial dialogue with our programmers you will be managing integration projects and you will be the contact for the customer defining the tasks. You will also be a vital part of ensuring progress and high quality throughout the projects.

Your responsibilities will also include:

Our EDI platform.
Creating an overview of exciting solutions and processes as well as the documentation of these.
End-to-end test both internally and externally.
Validation of dataflow in the test phase and the beginning of the production phase.
Conduction tests of new functionality and UIX.
Coordination of EDI-integration projects with stakeholders.
Ensuring a high level of customer service in the solutions.
Support of both our customers and our internal sales support.

We imagine that this will describe you as well:

A relevant education in IT.
3-5 years of experience in a similar position.
Solid knowledge of EDI and EDI tools and formats such as MS-BizTalk, VANS and OIOXML, EDIFACT, XML and JSON.
Knowledge of API calls.
Can communicate fluently in English and Danish
You are flexible and solution-oriented.
Able to manage a wide range of stakeholders.
Structured and detailed oriented.
