About the job
As our new Product Compliance Coordinator, you will play a central role in supporting Actona Group’s global compliance activities with a special focus on product compliance. You will be an important part of ensuring that our products and materials meet all relevant regulatory and customer requirements, and that data and documentation are maintained with high accuracy.
You will be part of an experienced and collaborative international team, working closely with colleagues across Actona Group’s sites to maintain compliance process efficient, consistent and up to date.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and following up on daily product compliance tasks across the team
- Collecting, validating, and maintaining data and documentation for product compliance, including safety testing, customer-specific tests, and chemical testing
- Preparing and coordinating audits such as BSCI, BEPI, and customer-related inspections
- Managing and maintaining due diligence documentation for timber and other regulated materials in line with the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR)
- Communicating and collaborating with colleagues in China and other Actona sites on compliance-related activities
- Tracking deadlines and ensuring timely delivery of accurate documentation to both internal stakeholders and customers
- Supporting the implementation and optimization of digital compliance systems and new routines
- Maintaining high-quality data in systems such as AMFORI, OSAPIENS, and other compliance tools
- Assisting the sales team with customer requests and documentation related to compliance processes
- Preparing and updating work instructions, templates, and checklists
- Supporting internal training sessions and communication about compliance requirements
- Contributing to continuous improvement of workflows between the Compliance team and other departments
Qualifications
We imagine that you:
- Have experience coordinating compliance processes, audits, or product documentation
- Work structured and detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility for documentation and deadlines
- Are comfortable working with systems and digital tools
- Communicate clearly in English (both written and spoken)
- Thrive in a collaborative, international environment where teamwork and service-mindedness are key
Experience with product compliance, EUDR, audit coordination, or AMFORI/BSCI systems will be an advantage but not a requirement. The right mindset and willingness to learn are just as important.
