Actona Group is looking for a Product Master Data Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Your Role and Responsibilities
Depending on your level of experience, you will either lead or be trained to
- Establish and maintain group-wide standards for product and raw material master data
- Drive tasks and initiatives related to Product Master Data optimization
- Support and participate in development projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Facilitate training and promote best practices in Product Master Data management
- Coordinate sustainability-related product data collection and compliance
- Maintain high data quality and availability for cross-functional teams
- Ensure accurate and timely item creation in ERP and PIM systems
- Manage and document color master samples for fabrics and hard surfaces
- Collaborate with international teams in Denmark, China, Poland, and Lithuania
Who You Are
We’re looking for someone who fits one of the following two profiles:
Experienced Profile
- Practical experience with master data or supply chain data in an international business context
- Familiarity with ERP and PIM systems
- Understanding of sustainability data and compliance requirements
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
Entry-Level Profile
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
- Enjoy working with details and structured tasks
- Communicates well and thrives in collaborative environments
- Open to occasional travel for training and workshops
