We are seeking a new member to join our Aftersales team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer claims and complaints, ensuring that our customers experience a smooth and efficient claims process. You will handle all claims processing for designated customers and customer groups in Benelux and Germany, aiming to resolve issues promptly and effectively. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the improvement of our claims handling procedures by offering valuable feedback and suggestions.
You will be part of a small, collaborative team that works closely with our Quality Department, Sales Support, as well as our colleagues in Poland and Lithuania. Your input will help ensure a seamless aftersales experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Manage and process customer claims and complaints efficiently
- Handle claims for specific customers and customer groups in Benelux and Germany
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues and providing timely support
- Collaborate with the Quality Department and international colleagues to maintain high standards
- Collaborate with Sales Support to ensure a good customer service
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our claims handling processes
- Assist in developing new, more efficient methods for streamlining the claims process
Who Are You?
- Experience in claims handling is advantageous but not essential
- German skills are an advantage but not required.
- You are customer-focused and solution-oriented, committed to resolving issues
- Able to make independent decisions while seeking guidance and support when needed
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks but enthusiastic about contributing to process improvements
- You are open to learning more about the furniture industry and are willing to dive into the details when necessary
