Night shift operator
We are looking for new employees for the night shift at our machine factory.
You should enjoy a job with varying tasks and be eager to learn new things as well as be ready for development.
You must be at least 18 years old.
It is not a requirement that you have previous experience working at a machine factory, as long as you are willing to learn. You will receive thorough on-the-job training and a training course in working with cranes.
THE WORK TASKS INCLUDE, AMONG OTHER THINGS:
• Operating manual or automated machining machines (cutting processes)
• Assembly of components
• Packing items
• Quality control
• Cleaning production machines
• Operating a small crane
• Other ad-hoc tasks
At BIRN, we have an informal tone, but we place high importance on safety and quality.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:
• Is adaptable and flexible
• Knows how to use tools or is willing to learn
• Can take initiative to solve tasks and has personal drive
• Has knowledge of LEAN or is willing to learn it
WHAT CAN BIRN OFFER?
• Safety shoes provided on the first day of work. Work clothes provided after 4 weeks

• Pension and health insurance after 2 and 3 months of employment, respectively
WORKING HOURS:
• Night shift: Sunday to Thursday 23:25-07:05
